We at SchoolExpress are happy to have you use our website. We offer many free items, including 11,000+ worksheets, online activities, and make your own awards. We welcome your use of the free materials on the SchoolExpress website.

We receive an overwhelming number of email messages so please restrict writing to us unless you feel it is necessary.


IMPORTANT:

1. Please do not send us email from a hotmail account. Emails that we reply to at hotmail often bounce back to us. We then have to send out a postal letter to reply to your message.

2. If you use a spam filter please be sure that your email accepts the address below.

3. If you write us two or more times and still do not receive a reply from us it means that for some reason you are not receiving our replies. Most likely your spam filter is blocking our reply. You will need to write to us from a different email address. If you are using a school email address and you need to write to us with a different email address please do not use the school address. Many schools block incoming emails.

4. We do not correspond by phone since we often need to send url links or attach files by email.

5. If it is clear to us that you are not receiving our replies we then send a postal letter to you with the information you are requesting.

Emails will be answered Monday through Friday U.S. Arizona time. Messages that arrive after 4 PM on Friday may not be answered until Monday. No messages are answered on U.S. holidays. Messages are answered within 24 hours on weekdays unless we are having problems with our email.
Question 1: When I download a pdf file it opens in my Acrobat Reader in my web browser. I cannot save it to my hard drive. How do I save it?
Answer 1: There should be an icon of a disk on your Acrobat Reader Menu. Just select that icon to save it. If the icon is not there then you need to download the newest version of Acrobat Reader. You can download a new free Acrobat Reader near the bottom of the page at this at Adobe Acrobat.
Answer 2: You can set your Acrobat Reader so it will not open automatically in your browser. Then you can download directly to your computer.Learn How Here.

Question 2: I ordered download files and did not receive my email confirmation with the download links.
Answer 2: The download links are sent in your email confirmation which is sent immediataely after you place your order. If you did not recive your email confirmation write to us right away. We will then send you urls so you can download the files your ordered.

Question 3:When I print the free worksheets only the headers and footers print. The image does not print. How can I correct this?
Answer :Your browser is set to print only text. You need to set it to print images. Also do not have it print the headers and footers. You will need to read the help on your browser about printing to learn how to do this.
